These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Melio Tasks mobile application (the "App", "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 5 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian review and agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The App offers premium features via subscription:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, back up (if synchronization is enabled), and process Your Content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for backing up Your Content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption.

The App, its design, and features are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
We may update the App automatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or features at any time.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
